3E games, or D&D games in general?
The only "real" 3E games out there right now are Neverwinter Nights and Pool of Radiance 2. The former has pretty steep system requirements, and isn't my favorite D&D CRPG by any stretch of imagination (although it's above average, and a lot of people do think it's great), the latter has much lower ones, but it's the worst CRPG I remember playing, and the unpatched version had a propensity for destroying system files on uninstall... So use at your own risk.
Icewind Dale 2 uses a kind of a bastard 3E system shoehorned into an old engine designed for 2E rules, and when I played it, had a lot of technical issues and slowdown porblems. Don't know how much they fixed since, it might be worth a try.
Other than that, you have 2E D&D games... Baldur's Gate II and Planscape: Torment are both older, and (IMO) extremely good CRPGs. If you're only going to try a couple, I'd suggest going for either one of those. (or maybe Baldur's Gate first if you want to try BGII)
