3e Keep on the Borderlands?

i always liked the area around Highfolk for this one in Greyhawk.

The Keep also works well for Cormyr. and with the latest turn of events for 3ed doubly so now.

If you do manage to produce a nice 3E conversion, do please make it available to others. I think there would be considerable demand, certainly amongst my gaming circles.

You may want to check out "Milo Winby's Story Hour" in the Story Hour forum. They started out with a 3E conversion of KotB and the story is pretty good.

Frog did a great job of running the Keep. None of the players had been through it so it was all new to us. He'd be a good one to go to for advice on the 3E conversion as well.

Any idea where I could put the Keep in Greyhawk?

Although it's generic enough to be put almost anywhere, I've determined that one of the nicest places to put it is on the southeastern edge of Ratik. The geography is basically right-on (near some hardwood forests), the placement of civilization to the east is correct, and the monster population is just about right. Also, module B1 specifically recommended placement in either Ratik or Tenh, so it's nice to realize that they work so well in the same region.
