3rd party ESDs?

What 3rd party publishers will go the ESD route with their out-of-print books?

I've got serious cashflow problems now, and probably will for several months. I'm afraid that some good stuff will go out of print from the third-party publishers, and I'm hoping that I can, at some point in the future, buy a PDF version of the product, legally.

So, who's going that route?

Companies that have released out-of-print or still in-print material in PDF format include:

West End Games
Pinnacle Entertainment
Atlas Games
Bastion Press (Minions Rebirth)
Blacksburg Tactical Research Center
Cheapass Games
Eden Studios
Gold Rush Games
Goodman Games
Guardians Of Order
Iron Crown Enterprises
Mystic Eye Games
Team Frog
Fiery Dragon - WHOA! When did Ronin Arts pick up Fiery Dragon for e-distribution? It took me a few minutes to find Queen of Lies on RPGnow because it is now under Ronin Arts! I think I missed a press release somewhere along the way...

Many of these are not d20 publishers, and many of these products are not d20 products...

We haven't issued that press release yet, we're only through stage one at the moment.

And don't forget that Mystic Eye Games PDFs are also available through Ronin Arts. And others are coming soon.

Yer a tricky one, Phil.

I *was* going to email you this morning about this, but you caught my post in time.

Any more print publishers you aiming to pick up over the next while?

BTW, shouldnb't this be in a different forum?
Which forum? I thought that, since I was asking specifically about d20 publishers producing out-of-print ESDs (as opposed to the pre-3E ESDs from WOTC, available on svgames and rpgnow), this would be the correct forum.

If I'm wrong, I'd be happy to get a mod to move this over to General Discussion. :D Definitely get more attention over there, I think. I just don't like overburdening the poor mods...

The best forum would probably the d20 publisher's forum. This forum is for discussion of d20 games, as the blurb on the main forum page says...

scuss cool stand-alone d20 System & OGL games like Arcana Unearthed, BESM d20, Book of Erotic Fantasy, Call of Cthulhu, Deadlands, Farscape, Mutants & Masterminds, Spycraft, Star Wars, Traveller, Wheel of Time, and Polyhedron's mini-games. D20 Mode

Ahhh... No wonder I didn't see it. It's one of the forums I skip over when I go down to the movies/tv/books forum near the bottom. :)

I sent a request to the mods.

I'm discussing things with a few other publishers. Too early to have any idea how the discussions will go, though.
