4e Combat Playtest [FULL]

True. Anyway the fight is going very fast. Both in real time(great momentum!) and in game terms. I guess if you're lucky it could even be over in a couple of rounds...
How does this compare to your previous experiences of 4e combat, if any?

The next encounter will be quite different from this one, so I'm curious to see how it will go.

Most of my experience is with lower levels (higher level games I've been involved with have not lasted all that long) and with longer adventuring days (our home campaign is level 7 atm and often has 7 or more encounters per rest period). This level is sort of a special case too, since the party's abilities are so heavily swung towards Daily powers at the moment - both of the a character's top powers are Dailies, one level 19 class, and one level 20 paragon capstone. That makes a big difference compared to a level like 13 or 14, where a character's top two powers are encounter attacks, not dailies.

If I didn't make any mistakes, HH's average d20 rolll is 9.04 so far. But after the first round, it's only 5.83 (on 12 rolls).

Atanatotatos, I just noticed that a feature of the Dreadnought Paragon Path is Unfailing Resources, and it raises Sharm's hp total by 10

...yeah. I thought you'd included those.
If you haven't, you'll correct the stats for the next encounter. For now we'll play with Sharm as he is.

Ok. No problem. I went ahead and changed the total on his sheet, though. And also wrote a note to myself there to remind you before the next encounter. :)

Leif, glad you're starting to get into it!
Ok guys, four enemies left (i think) and all are bloodied. The most dangerous is stunned. Are you gonna end it in the fifth round?
