I have a question. Do different sources of concealment stack?
For example, if glib was both hiding in the tall grass, and under some kind of effect (like that of his magic armor), would he receive heavy concealment?

It doesn't stack.

The stormrage is at 78 so we can probably bring it down before it acts again.

Also, I have a question. Does someone have particularly nasty criticals, and how much dmg could he get max?

The dragon moved into melee range. Middle PCs turn.

Evil Halfling, since you've been playing Torment so far, do you mind posting an action for him when you do Starwinds' turn?

Well, if there is no save for getting pushed into the web, the Starwinds was pushed into I19, leaving her immobilized from the web and facing the readied action from Shambler 1 (which, @ +7 to hit from prone and helpless, is likely to swallow her).
