4E Player’s Handbook II

Is the 4E Player’s Handbook II real or mythical?

If it is it mythical, is it mythical like a unicorn (something neat you wish was real) or mythical like a woman’s chest hair (something frightening and to be dreaded).

Pardon me, I’ve gotten off track.

Supposedly, the 4E Player’s Handbook II will (or at least could) contain useful and/or interesting information not contained in the main 4E Player’s Handbook, such as rules for bards, monks, gnomes, half orcs and the like.

Is it real?

If it is real, when will it be released?

If it is real, what will it contain?

WOTC said they plan to release 1 PHB book a year, started now in June with the core book than a year from now it will be followed by PHBII and possibly PHBIII after that in 2010, etc.
They said that it will contain new power sources (big chance for primal and psi to be in PHBII), new classes, races, feats, paragon paths, rules etc.

Well, they're supposedly already putting PHB II stuff (like psi) in the 4e SRD. Unfortunately, since nobody's seen the SRD, it's hard to say if that's evidence for or against the PHB II being mythical.

Well i know they are going to release new things threw dungeon and dragon, and the best articles will be compiled in an book once an year..

The video that was posted on the front page recently is a GRZ video from D&D Gameday in Seattle, Washington. During his interview with Mike Mearls, GZ coaxes from the Mikester the first letters of PHB2's classes.

They are:
D, R, B, W, I, T, S, S

A hot tip to all sleuths is that only about 3 or so classes are reprints - the rest are brand new classes. One observation from me: The presence of only one B may cause a few heart flutters.

------------------------------------------------------------

my guess (i saw this post on WotC and agree):

If only three are previous classes, then,

Druid (primal controller/striker)
Barbarian (Primal defender)
Shamman (primal leader)
Wilder (Psionic striker)
Telepath (psionic controller)
Sorcerer (Elemental controller)

The mythical part has been highlighted.

Do I sense some anti-dwarf discrimination here? What exactly is wrong with a nice soft downy layer of chest hair on a lovely dwarven lass?
