When I asked for help making a character one common response was "choose a race that has a +2 in your class' primary stat". There are only two races that can get a bonus to Strength in the Player's Handbook 4th Edition: dragonborn and human. There are five (out of eight) classes that have a 100% Strength-based build: fighter, cleric, warlord, paladin, and ranger. So I'd like a Monster Manual supplement that adds a lot of new character races.
Right now we're missing a few role/source combinations such as a martial controller, arcane defender, arcane leader, divine striker, and divine controller. I hope these classes are covered before the end of this year. I look forward to Martial Power. Only one class each has at-will powers that hit with Int, Wis, or Con so I hope they expand those options soon as well.
Other requests? Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (for the crunch), Oriental Adventures, Savage Species, Eberron Campaign Setting, Greyhawk Campaign Setting, "just about any iconic campaign setting if it has good crunch", Book of the Feywild, and Draconomicons of all races.
