D&D 4E 4E's announcement left you in what condition? ;)

BTW, this was a very clever, funny idea Winterthorn. :D

I'm waiting for the naysaying doomsday-ers to post Turned and Prone. Too bad for them BOHICA isn't a D&D condition.

Wary, but excited.

I'm was in "I'm not switching unless it's amazing" mode, now I'm not. I'm not in "this is the best thing since sliced bread" either.

Speaking of which, has anyone heard the 4E rules for sliced bread?

Well I tried to make it a poll, but it timed out beyond 10 minutes before I could fill it in :(

I have to say I'm definitely Flat-footed if not Stunned. Fascinated. Took my breath away last night so I guess I was a tad Exhausted too! ;)

Unsurprised ( is there a "Normal" condition? ).

All of the signs were there:

Licenses revoked
Dragon and Dungeon canceled
Release schedule thin
Scott R's thread on fluff suggestions ( Which I read to mean "what books we would still buy even though we know 4e is coming? ")
Keith Baker posting on said thread with ideas for Eb books he knows haven't been approved/started
The funniest was even when WoTC posted a huge banner on their site with "4's" everywhere, people still were in denial, throwing out wildly implausible theories...

Things move on. Personally, I would be happy with a less complicated game where combat doesn't take an hour at higher levels, with actual working software tools that easily allow me to create customized baddies. A PC generator is nice, but I really need a monster generator comparatively more.

That said, I'll probably be a late adopter based on my feelings of being bitten by 3.5, and my less than regular gaming schedule.
