D&D 4E 4E's announcement left you in what condition? ;)

Stunned and nauseated. I watched the videos of the GenCon presentation on YouTube. That has to be one of the worst presentations I've ever seen. Including the ones from my high school public speaking class. Those two guys should have just shut the hell up and shown the pictures. It would have been a lot better.

Not to mention the fact that they've turned D&D into a video game now. They started by trying to make it a MMORPG (except without the O) with Living Greyhawk. And now all of your tabletop stuff happens on a laptop? People without laptops are going to say, "Why should I buy 4e if I don't have a laptop?" and people with laptops are going to say, "Why don't I just go play WoW?" And that's what they'll do.

I was excited before the announcement. Now, not so much.

Razz, that's enough. You have slid from stating your opinion into insulting wide swaths of people - the smilie doesn't make it better. Stating your dislike of 4e is fine, but extending that to disrespect of those with other opinions is not acceptable. Don't do it again.

I was Flat-footed when it was announced, and immediately became Stunned. After 24 hours I evolved to Shaken and Sickened.

Now I think I'm just Fatigued.
