Made this for an Npc antagonist who the pc's are trying to get
Interdimensional Time Shifting Device (Free action, at will)
Use of this device will move subject through the whole of space and time even spanning dimensional barriers, requires a DC 50 vs Int to just understand basic function of device untrained in the device use the DC is Increased By +20 on any of the uses untrained. trained how to use DC 30 to move interdimensionally DC 20 to only move back in time within a single dimension and DC 10 to move in space with in the same dimensions time.
Effect: when activated the device sends out an interdimensional energy wave that pulls all within 30 feet spread into the space time vortex ad deposits them at the targeted location chosen on the device. The device encapsulates the user in a protective bubble of null Time this is like oil and water in that the pocket the user is in is forced through the vortex with no ill effects as if just stepping into the next room through a door. Anyone unfortunate enough to get caught in the area and sucked in are knocked out and can suffer loss of memories and of events prior to the incident, sometimes this dream like state will cause false memories and a sense of deja view.
