52 Attacks

I'm going to ask the question nobody else is asking:

Why do you want to know? Why do you need a special, aimed attack with each of the cards? Magicians and card sharks can "throw" an entire deck with one hand, aiming the cards in a stream, like a hose.

If this is something like a card trick, why make it an attack at all? Why not instead just have a skill for card tricks (dex-based) and use that?

I just spent the morning cutting up cheese for an office xmas party. And sausages too. All to put on crackers. The cheese all smelled rather good.

with that ultimate attack build, how many attacks can you get if you factor in cleave, great cleave, and some sort of reach?
With great cleave, there would be no limit on the number of attacks you can make. All you need is enough foes (with enough speed to get into position - or assuming that foes can teleport into position, drop to the ground and then stand to provoke an AoO), combat reflexes and a sufficiently high dexterity to allow enough AoOs (combined with great cleave) to attack all your foes (if you assume you hit every time).
