5e Raven Queen: ArchSorrowsworn?

The vibe I got from Mordenkainen's Sorrowsworn was that of a Silent Hill homage. The monsters, both in lore and art style, seemed very much like the denizens of Silent Hill.
I'm not quite sure I'd lump the Raven Queen in with that.

the 5e Raven Queen seems far more horrific and tragic then in 4e, monstrous even, and her behavior is similar to Sorrowsworn, but more complex and powerful hence Archsworrowsworn.

I see what you're going for: the Sorrowsworn as the anti-fey with the Raven Queen as the anti-Archfey. I'll go reread that section of Mordenkainen's.
In my last PoL campaign I created a couple 'Shadowlords', which were the Shadowfell's equivalent to the Archfey, and one of them (Mourne, from the 4E 'Shades of Darkness' article in Dragon Mag) became the Warlock patron of one of my PCs that had the Dark pact.
In my upcoming PoL campaign, I'm adding a couple others. Acererak and Vecna will both be Shadowlords as well.

Aren't Shadowlords the trapped rulers of Ravenloft, or is that Dark Lords?

Darklords (one word) are the trapped domain rulers in Ravenloft. The Dark Powers (two words) are the unknown entities/forces behind the existence of the Domain of Dread itself. I don't think "Shadowlords" has any existing etymology in the game, though the idea of Shadowfell-equivalents of Archfey is a cool one.
As is, come to think of it, the idea of some of the more powerful Ravenloft Darklords serving as warlock patrons.
Hence my idea for Archsorrowsworn, I just think it fits. We could even come up with ones aside from the Raven Queen.
That was precisely my thinking. 'Shadowlords' was just a name I came up with to denote those uber-powerful lords of the SF. 'Archsorrowsworn' is the same type of name (although a bit unwieldly, if not technically correct.)
Now that I think about it, it would be an interesting way to go about making the Archfey-equivalent for the Shadowfell be beings that are "trapped" there. In the Feywild you have Seelie and Unseelie, good and bad fey. In the SF you could have Sorrowlords and Darklords-- untrapped ones and trapped ones. The trapped ones could very well be more powerful that the untrapped ones because the SF has configured itself to their domain of dread to grant them much more absolute power than what the Raven Queen (and others) can wield. The only problem of course being that they can't leave their domain. And I also believe that Darklords absolutely should be valid patrons for warlocks, because why not?

Personally I like to think the Raven Queen either created or contacted the Dark Powers to create the Domains of Dread.
Keith Baker on his personal blog floated the idea that Archfey could be beings "trapped" in fairy tales that derive their identity from their story (for example, the Prince of Frost is defined by his heart becoming cold and bitter after his lover forsook him). Maybe the Raven Queen could be the same, and she could be trapping the Darklords in stories of their own.
