Edit: It seems people may be taking this as a joke. It is not. I'm quite serious. People will make sure nothing interesting wins these.

It's possible that your idea of what is interesting is just different from other people. I mean, it'd be very strange for people to prefer something they see as not interesting.

If my interests were neatly all in one area, that would be easier to accept. The fact that Dragon Sorcerer got voted out because it was too boring, when in almost every other thread one of the maximally boring options makes it to at least the top two, if not outright winning? Yeah, that was deeply, deeply frustrating.

As I've said in previous threads, the nature of the rules pushes things toward the maximally inoffensive--which, by necessity, means the maximally unambitious.

Yep, exciting to one person is PO/unbalanced to another; boring to one person is well-balanced/thematic to another.
