The High Aldwin
A great Question! And since i love strongman another video! Hafthor Bjornsson here is carrying an lighter 409 lbs stone for 322 ft in about 47 seconds. So something like 6.85 feet each second or 41 feat per round.

There is a good chance he is an actual Goliath or Bear Totem Barbarian though. (and obviously no weight of adventuring gear)

Yep, it really is good enough
So, 41 feet per round would be a 20 feet move and 20 feet dash. He definitely looks to be dashing or moving quickly under the weight.

If you use the Goliath/ Bear Totem idea, doubling capacity, at 409 lbs (divided by 2 and divided by 10) would result in a STR 20 (roughly).

Another option would be "Make a DC 15 Strength (Athletics) check and your capacity is doubled until the start of your next turn." And he made 7 checks before failing one or something.

oh yeah that's full focus movement for sure.

seems legit.

This probably what I would do, just like the jump rules, it's easier to just call for an Athletics check 😉
