Raising his shield and lowering his head, Andrec dances away from one zombie just to run headlong toward a much larger one. "Jarel-Karn, Montroya, follow me in! It's time to end this!"
The way Andrec moved, his intent was clear, and his actions predictable. The great zombie had no trouble avoiding Andrec's incoming blade - dodging right into Soldier's waiting blow. Rotting flesh and bone fragments splinter the area as Soldier severs a large portion of the hulk's mass, drawing the attention of most of the battlefield.

"You, the leader!" Andrec calls out, in Kama'zer's direction. "Hold it together, we're almost through! Gather your people and clean up the loose undead!" With this, he gestures to the zombies billing around outside. "I and my companions can handle Rinch just-" Rinch snarles at this,and at his gesture the hulk makes a swing at Andrec, who ducks under it, and with his sword and shield held flat before him, lunges at the great mass, forcing it back. "GO!" With a brief nudge, Andrec encourages Kama'Zer away from Rinch and the Hulk, then steps in to ward off the blows aimed at her back.

[sblock=Actions]
Move: Move to R10, incurring attack from z4 vs AC20 (1d20+6=17).
Standard: Concentrated Attack vs AC 20 (1d20+10=18) on the Zombie Hulk. Unless I had CA and didn't know it, that's a miss.
Effect: Soldier's free attack vs AC20 (1d20+11=30)Damage (1d12+7=17)
Minor: Inspiring Word on Kama'Zer (1d6+11=17) (I'm pretty sure that's my second IW this encounter. I couldn't find 2 previous uses.
Action Point: Opening Shove vs Ref17 (1d20+10=26) Push the Hulk back one square and Shift Kama'Zer to U11

I can cancel the move for Kama'Zer if Phoenix doesn't want her pushed out of the main battle, but I figured it was the best move, as I'm almost out of healing.

Tactically, I'd appreciate it if everyone except Jarel-Karn, Montroya, and I (and possibly Soldier) turned on the zombies outside the cavern, as Andrec suggests. It's up to you, though.

[sblock=Tomalak's hulk push]Could you push the hulk down and left for me? I'd like to fire my fiery bolt at it but it hurts adjacent creatures. If you move it there i can hit the hulk AND the Emisarry without friendly fire. [/sblock]

[sblock=OOC-Andrec/Tomalak, Ts'iri/Elecgraystone, 7Rabbit/JNC]1. I/Soldier can shift inclose after her attack

2. Seriously the zombie hulk has has 4 hp left so I wouldn't burn an attack on it as it will die on it's next turn(yeah, sure it will rise again but if it dies on it's turn then we will have a turn respite from it as it rises a turn AFTER it has killed the first time)

3. JNC or Elecgraystone, would one of you two mind executing corruption corpse 2?[/sblock]

[sblock=Kama'zer shift]I'd rather Kama'zer stay where she is at S11 instead of being pushed to U11. She's been toe to toe with Rinch so far and wouldn't want to give up now. I still have 'Aid the Injured' and one more healing surge I can use on myself if need be. Your IW pushing me up to 23 is good for now.[/sblock]Kama'zer is reeling and bloody until one of the newcomers lends her some strength via his words and actions. When he tries to urge her away from Rinch though, she plants her feet and refuses to budge. She's been here and she'll go down here before giving up the fight. Her head is ringing though and its all she can do to swing her sword at the man who is the cause of all this. But he blocks her attack with his weapon and laughs at her pitiful attempt. Maybe the man was right and she would have been better off moving back out of the fight. Maybe she couldn't cut it. Maybe...

"NO!" she tells herself forcefully as she summons all her energy to hook Rinch's arm and drag him between her and the newcomer who is able to slash into Rinch with his longsword. Then, the githyanki pushes at the necromancer with her shield but can't move him far enough to dump him into the mud pit.

Action Point/Standard= Opening Shove vs. Rinch Reflex 18 (1d20+9=22) Push Rinch to S10 and Andrec hits Rinch for 11 damage! (Roll got 21AC but didn't include the +2 for CA due to flanking between Andrec and Callen.
Free= Bashing Shield moves Rinch an additional (1d4=2) spaces to R9 on the grid. (I tried this with the hope of getting a 3 or 4 on that roll and pushing him into the mud pit, but luck wasn't with me. Don't wanna put him far out where he can escape easily though, so I put him where we can pin him back in.)

[sblock=OOC-Phoenix8008]Sorry, P8, but you can't move Rinch to S10 as a push by the rules requires that the target must be moved away from you. Also don't forget that Kama'zer is affected by the OTHER warlords presence[/sblock]

Seeing everyone on the Hulk and Rinch, Jarel-karn decide to keep his role has keeping the rear guard alone. Jarel-karn move next to the Corruption Corpse and tear it down into pieces, even with the stench surrounding the creature.

[SBLOCK=OOC]Move: Z16
Standard: Booming Blade on C2 (1d20+5=20, 1d8+7=13) Dead!

TPK... maybe, but as it is, I still have all my daily, encounter power and magical items powers. I didn't even used my second wind yet... but I still wonder how a Jarel-karn (melee character, no radiant power) finish by being the one responsible to kill two Corruption Corpses (Ranged monster, aura 1 that gives -5 to hit and regenerate unless hit by radiant power...)

Next thing to do, mark C3 and then play hide and seek with him.[/SBLOCK]

[sblock=OOC]Yep, you're right as usual. Scrap being useful this round. :.-( [/sblock]

[sblock=OOC]Just so you know you could change the action to an MBA or a WPT attack as it still hits rinch and you get a free MBA due to bravura presence but if you miss with the bravura attack you grant CA, Oh wait, Kama'zer is Dazed so she already does that[/sblock]
