7000 Prestige classes oh my...

Talmar, is that list up to date? I've got one that I've been compiling myself that has more 600 classes. That's just using wizards and dragon magazine as sources.
Did anyone else gasp audibly when they read that?

Hell, I've got a fairly comprehensive list, if I could get lists of the PrCs from Libris Mortis, Races of Eberron, and Champions of Ruin (I have the first two, but I sent them to a freind to help with a game).

Even without those, it's about 1500 PrCs long.

Ahem - the links in my signature have a list of nearly all the prestige classes published in Wizards of the Coast books and in Dragon Magazine, with prerequisites included for the former.

I also have a list of templates published by Wizards of the Coast.

You want to go over to Wizards forums. There is a Sticky in the Classes/Prestige Classes forum of all prestige classes.

This lists starts out with the following table of contents:
- Post 1: Table of Contents and Instructions
- Post 2: Custom PrCs by WotC Boardmembers, Members A-D
- Post 3: Custom PrCs by WotC Boardmembers, Members E-K
- Post 4: Custom PrCs by WotC Boardmembers, Members L-R
- Post 5: Custom PrCs by WotC Boardmembers, Members S-Z
- Post 6: WotC-Published PrCs by Source (DM’s Guide, Dragon Magazine, etc.)
- Post 7: Useful Links & Stuff (System Reference Document, PrC Contests, etc.)

So you would be interested in the 7th post. It lists each by name. It also has any links if available to those that are online.

I have a compilation I fat fingered in, for my personal reference, of all the PrC's from the DMG, Complete Series and am working on everything from Eberron currently. And that doesn't even begin to touch half the stuff put out by Wizards, let alone third-parties.
