You need fey heritage to get fey power, which isn't a great feat in itself (+3 vs enchantments). However, if you take fey skin along with it, it grants you DR 3/cold iron which stacks with your existing warlock DR, so you do get some other bonuses

Unless the feat specifically says that it stacks, I'm pretty sure that it doesn't.

A Warlock's feat hunger may well offset the bonuses. Sounds like a good idea though Point Blank and Precise shot tend to be must have feats for the warlock.

In my experience, this does not turn out to be the case. Eldritch Blast being a ranged touch attack generally more than makes up for the penalty Precise Shot negates.
