I second this motion. I'm going out with my mom tomorrow night for a steak dinner ... I already know the normal food (v bachelor grad student meal) is going to give some funky dreams.

Heh. Maybe I'll try to give a sorta serious attempt at an answer. Lessee.

It's a loss of control. You gave up the site (understandably) but now there is lingering anxiety that now that you aren't at the controls that somehow everything will go to hell in a handbasket. I remember you saying that the site was all about you (again, very understandable), and now that it's not, you have no "control," in a sense.

But, what do I know? The best interpreter of a dream is the dreamer himself.

On the dream interpretation front, and seriously, it sounds like lack of control anxiety: you're not in the loop now, can't find the people who are in the know, and when you do, you find that they've already done the wrong things and that its too late for you to fix them. I would agree that its probably as Gargoyle said, basically.

On the non-serious dream interpretation front, who ever said you woke up Eric?
