Apparently there's a strategy game for the PC in development that takes place in Westeros:
A Game Of Thrones - Genesis
It says it'll cover 1000 years of history. 8 houses are mentioned, and I'm assuming you can play all of them since the unit bonuses and such are mentioned. Nothing from across the Narrow Sea though. The last year for the game is 299, so it might just about get through the first book (which, if I remember correctly, begins in 297). Maybe they'll have expansions or sequels to cover the series itself. Looks interesting.
