Edit: Okay, so dragons appear to be out of the magical range of this genie. *sheesh* Assuming he can't put me in touch with a better genie, I guess I'd pick a doppelganger. Can still change into any human and can read minds at will. Wouldn't be much I couldn't get with those abilities.

Gold dragon for me. With a prospective lifespan of over four thousand years and the ability to change back into a human, any human, whenever I want for as long as I want, why not? I also get to change into any medium or smaller animal. Add to that the majesty of being a powerful mythic creature; I'm sold.

I was about to pick Elan too (immortality--wooh!), but they are sadly Aberrations and thus unreachable for this thread. Thus, I would pick some sort of fey. Any sort would probably do--even pixies can Polymorph themselves, although Nymph is nice for the 7th-level Druid caster ability, if not for that girl-only thing.
