I admit it would not be playing to my most virtuous side, but I'd be having a lot of fun playing professional poker.

Sure I bet a lot of poker players have high wisdom and Iron Will, but eventually enough of them will fail saves to my read thoughts so I could win consistently. And of course if I got bored, +10 disguise checks plus a camera make for great blackmail.

The only downside I can figure out for LeShay is that you can never progress, never learn any new skills or abilities. Note that their advancement is "none", no new HD, and no new class levels.

Using a Wish to get you turned into an Epic race with an 50 racial HD and a LA of gods-only-know (+10 Str, +24 Dex, +26 Con, +22 Int, +12 Wis, +36 Cha, DR 15/Epic & Cold Iron, Fast Healing 10, loads of at-will spell-like abilities including Alter Selfe, Detect Thoughts, Greater Teleport and Heal, continuous Charm monster gaze, type Fey, able to materialize a +10 Brilliant Energy weapon of choice from each hand at will with superior two-weapon fighting, +5 Natural Armor & +20 Insight bonuses to AC, lots of other stuff too), now that's a way to ensure that your Wish gets perverted, like never being able learn anything new.

I can only imagine that a Genie granting that Wish would be cruel with how he granted it, even if becoming a LeShay was within the realm of power of that wish. LeShay are already epic-powered in D&D, in a modern-day context they are downright godlike.

Having to hide your real form from day to day would be too tiring, in my opinion.

Who's hiding? I mean, I've got a DC 53 charm gaze attack, +77 Diplomacy, CHA 47, what problem am I going to have with going around in my true form? Besides, I don't think anyone would be able to kill me anyway. I've got the hit points of a 27,5 inches thick solid steel wall, and if you don't kill me in the surprise round I'll teleport away and heal up. I think it'd take a nuke to do me in, and I'm not even sure about that.
