[A.I.M.] Deadly Games [PG - 17]

"Well this just keeps getting better and better . . . Nathan says. "At least I've got a real picture of the colonel to go on and some extra disguise materials. Rabid, you idea is pretty sound, but I think I should still try and be the colonel. I won't have the kind of access that he would have if I was just a driver. A cut on the arm and a bloody lip should cover damage and lend credibility to the story. Shoot, I could even deliver this grunt to them as the guy that attacked me - let them ifgure out who the heck he is."

Nathan looks for any other changes of clothes in the bag or in the back of the jeep. He then starts changes clothes and getting into character.

Nathan pauses, thinking about all the bugs on the imposter, "Check the jeep for a tracking system or bugs if you could."

"Sure will." Abe hops back into the jeep, searching for possible trackers or bugs. Talking to Nathan and Rabid while searching, Abe says:

"I think we should stick to the original plan. It seems to be rock sollid. I'm not sure what to do with this guy, but I think he'll die if he won't get any medical care. And as that isn't available anytime soon, I sugest we just waste him. No risk, right?"

While Abe searches the jeep a crackle sounds in your ear plugs followed by the voice of the chopper pilot.

The'll be missing the colonel soon, I suggest you get moving. The clock is ticking.

Abe quickly surveys the jeep and feels around but doesn't discover any other bugs or microphones.

"I guess we better get this show on the road, then." Nathan will finsh getting into the colonel gear and applying his disguise. He'll stow his gear in the jeep and get into character.

Nathan will let Rabid and Abe decide what to do with the imposter, he can serve as dead evidence of an attack on him or along side of the rode. He'll hop in the jeep and drive once everyone is okay with a plan and he's in character.

OCC: Out to my PnP game till after midnight EST. Didn't want to hold you up so I summarized.

Rabid listens to the others and nods.

"I have an idea," he says as he grabs the dead colonel's pistol.

Rabid walks around to the front of the vehicle and lets off a few rounds into the jeep, taking care not to hit anything important. He then drags the dead colonel around behind the vehicle and tries to make it look like he was run over (not too hard considering :p) and places the gun in his hand.

"Done, we're gone," he says and jumps back aboard the helicopter.

The engine of the jeep roars to life as nathan turns the keys. He then looks over his shoulder with a last glance at the dead colonel or who ever he was. Shrugging it off he floors the gas pedal as he races off through the dust and gets back on the road. As he passes the helicopter he sees Rabid raise a thumb to him as a signal of good luck and then he hustles in the direction of the chopper.

With the sound of metal against metal Rapid lands his butt in the chopper with a clang as the metal of his rifle hits the not so bullet proof floor of the chopper. Hardly in the chopper the rotorblades start to quicken and Abe has hardly put the earcaps and intercom system on Rabid's head or the pilot pulls the chopper of the dusty dessert floor in force. Abe picks Rabid up and pulls him onto the passenger bench knowing that the equipment they are carrying isn't light or ment for long distance travel but for insert and pickup.

As the chopper seers low across the desert floor Abe looks outside and sees the jeep with Nathan in it slowly pull aside as the chopper slows down a bit. Nathan throws a salute at the chopper and focusses back on the road. Then the chopper suddenly hangs over heavily to the front as it accelerates and Abe is glad he hooked himself up in the safety belts. He looks outside one more time and sees the jeep race across the dust paved road, blood red dustclouds sweeping up behind it, painted by the falling sun.

And so they glide over the red desert. Bathing in the last bits of sunlight of this day, maybe your final day, the desert looks empty and full of anger. But this isn't anything you haven't seen before. It just has been a while. But then the chopper turns from the road and the voice of the pilot sounds in your ears again, preceeded by the notifying static crackle.

We're getting off the road guys. We're approaching from the other side of the compound which should be quite unguarded and not looked at if your colleague does what he's hired to do.

E.T.A. 6 minutes.

The empty red sands of the desert shoot away underneath Rabid and memmories from the French Foreign Legion surface with the dozens. He lets it sink in for a moment and then regains his focus and pulls out the map of the target compound and the map from the colonel's jeep and compares them.

They aren't identical.

The colonel's map has no fuel depot, two small buildings have been added at the left side of the map to the main building where the fuel depot should have been and on this one the power generator is clearly marked. An additional exit next to the power generator has been marked on this map as well...

[Red dot: The power Generator]
[Yellow spot: Where the fuel tanks should have been]
[Green dots: Entrances/exits -- mind the perspective view]
[Blue spot: Drop off point on the roof]

"Hmm, Houston, we have a problem," he says as he compares the maps, "Lincoln, me thinks Nobody is gonna have troubles when he gets to the gates and stuff won't be where it should for bein' shot at."

He gives Lincoln the maps and points out the differences.

"He's in a spot of s:):):) and might need help, any recommendations or should he be able to cope? Maybe we could contact him on the radio," he suggests while scanning the passing ground outside the chopper.

"Yeah, we should warn him that things have changed. Pilot, try to get contact with Nathan down there will ya?"

"As we're landing on the roof, we might be able to sneak to the entrance at the back, here."
says Abe while he points to the entrance of the big building at the back. "Almost no cover, maybe some people on survailance but we can take em out if needed. From there entering should be a piece of cake."

"Now to warn Nathan. Come in Nathan, do you read over?"
