Ok, I can see making the Power points per day a little slower than that of a Psiwar. Let me throw some numbers out there and see if the "Perfection" line of abilities is really that powerful.
At lvl 12 a Psimonk would have around 72 hps (I assumed he rolled an average of 4 + 2 for constitution). That means he can only convert up to 18 hps a day for a total of 6 extra Psi Points. To me, that doesn't sound too game breaking.
At 16 a Psimonk would have 96 hps (Using the same assumptions as above). He would be able to convert 48 of those a day for a total of an extra 24pp/d (keep in mind he would have just lost half his hit points that can't be healed by any means short of a wish spell.
At 20 he would have 120 hit points or so and could convert into an equal number psi points -1 (he needs 1 to stay concsious) for the day. I know that's alot of psi points but that's also alot of hit points. Things at lvl 20 hit pretty hard and he wont be able to survive long if he's constantly channeling his hit points into Psi points.
I know you brought up the feat Body fuel which states (for those that don't have the XPH), "You can recover 2 power points by taking 1 point of ability burn damage to each of your three ability scores: Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution. You can recover additional power points for a proportional cost; for example, you could choose to recover 6 power points by taking 3 points of ability burn damage to strength Dexterity and constitution...." To me that doesn't fit in with the Psi monk that Ihad in mind. That feat, to me, seems like it's for Psions and Wilders and others that aren't going to rely on physicly handling combat. For a mere 6 power points, any melee combatant would be crippled (maybe not crippled but you get the idea)
Also, I'd like specific feed back on the "Retain Focus" and "Improved Retain Focus" Abilities. Do you like them? Do you find them appropriate? Should they be feats that other psionicly inclined individuals can take?
CHANGES
The Psimonk can NOT take any Weapon or armor proficiencies.
The Psimonk gets Ki Strike as per a normal monk
Psi points gets toned down

Flurry gets changed to NOT getting the 3rd attack at the full bonus. So at level 20 the flurry would look like this
+15/+15/+10/+5
--------------CHANGES DONE---------------
Khaalis the monk you posted just seems like the monk with psionics, not a whole new class.
Nifft, the way your talking, I'll end up with a hand to hand PsiWar and that's not what I'm aiming for here. I'm trying to go for a completely different class that is both Unique and special.
As far as balancing issues...
My Psimonk can't use ANY weapons or armor, that severly limits what magical/psionic items they can use.
The bonus feats (they don't gets as many as a PsiWar or nearly as many as a normal fighter) help define the monk to the individual characters taste. I only gave the PsiMonk 2 bonus feats that can't be altered, Mental Leap at 6 and Psionic Body at 13. The other feats is where the diversity comes in.
I do appriciate all the feedback and encourage everyone to keep discussing this with me. Also, if this discussion is still alive after I've playtested the PsiMonk, I will post here (or in another thread) and let you know how it went.
