I suppose vacuous applies to her as much as mean spirited applies to Biden. That's my opinion. Biden comes off as pushy, easily agitated and most likely to bluster and aggrandize his presence when he feels he's pushed. He's clearly a better speaker, but I would expect that from a politician of so many years.
If I had to say one thing about Palin that was negative, it was that there was too much rhetoric. That is true of both sides, but I thought she was worse about it.
As for the Youtube clip, I can't really compare a mistake about history to complete inability to speak about current events displayed be Palin. Yes, he goofed. But, Palin's was much funnier in that she stammered like a 3rd grader trying to bull$*&% the teacher.
Why not? Did Palin have any idea what Couric was going to ask? I don't know, but instead of pulling something out of her ass, like Biden did, she at least appeared to answer the question or sidestep it. I'd rather someone sidestep than flat out make up a lie. So what you are saying is that Palin's is funnier because she's not a convincing liar like Biden is? That's reassuring......
Seriously Grim, I think you just can't stand her. You don't like her and just want to make fun of her. That's fine with me but I can't take you seriously when you comment on her, knowing you won't give her any credit at all, despite what she has done.
What I posted about Biden is just one moment in time. It's not really that big of a deal. But it serves to show that almost everyone gets caught looking like a moron every once in a while.
Here's a link to the bailout just for reference:
