So as I'm reading the interview with Monte in RPGNow's Downloader Monthly I come across the question "Are there any mainly electronic RPG publishers that you find particularly good?" His answer shocked me since the first sentence is: "Yes. I think Phil Reed’s doing some cool stuff, although I’m nowhere near familiar with all of it."
