I figured I had three options... I could build something myself, which would be long and probably less feature-rich. I could use Wordpress to manage everything, which would have the advantage of people being able to comment on specific articles but would have been a pain to actually populate, or I could go with a tiddlywiki which is a lot easier to edit, has great organizational features, and can be saved for offline use.

Asmor, beautiful work! I was honestly about to post a suggestion to enable a Dungeon search-by-level feature when I realized I could do that on your site. Bravo, cudos, and many other thanks!

Another possibility for dynamic PDF generation (which I'll admit is likely a bit beyond WotC's resources) would be automated module scaling for higher level groups, or maybe even bigger parties. Input how many levels you need the module to increment/decrement and have it scale the baddies for you, or add/remove monsters from the combats as you request. I think it'd be at least.
