The Super Bowl is tonight, but the real fun isn't until after the show (I've given up on watching the Super Bowl ads). Unfortunately it won't be on until 10:30 p.m. at the earliest.
In tonight's show, Sue Sylvester may not make it to nationals when Quinn, Brittany, and Santana end up choosing glee over cheerleading and Mr. Shu and Coach Beiste try to stop the football players' attacks on glee, which have already driven Kurt out the school. (That storyline can't end soon enough.) Hopefully, there'll be vuvuzelas.
The playlist:
The Cheerios do a routine to "California Gurls" (I didn't see any vuvuzelas here though)
The Dalton Academy Warblers sing "Bills, Bills, Bills", originally performed by Destiny's Child
Finn sings "She's Not There", originally performed by The Zombies
Rachel and Puck sing "Need You Now", originally performed by Lady Antebellum
New Directions does a mashup of "Thriller", originally performed by Michael Jackson, and "Heads Will Roll", originally performed by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Katie Couric also appears.
