Oh yes. Crass comes up with far too many weird, creative ideas than is healthy, not to mention he wields a mean dire pick. And a mean glaive. And a mean warhammer. For the sake of my poor hapless NPCs, it had to be done.

Hong "moral of the story: do NOT comment on the DM's haircut" Ooi

You just didn't like my suggestion that the party mage Dimension Door 900 feet straight up in the air...

Actually, that was pretty cool. What I didn't like was your suggestion that he cast air walk first.

I cut and paste contact's text from the story hour onto one word document and cleaned it up slightly, though it probably could be made a bit nicer. I'll find that a lot easier to read than going through the 10 threads.

It came to 50 pages in 12-sized text.

I dont' read story hours much and I've made a goal of reading this one (then trying to read PC's ffrom the start :))

Anyone want me to attach the file I made?

This was the first story hour I read in in its entirety and I found it very inspirational.

The readers of my SH say I am a cruel and killer DM - but I just point them towards this one and I seem generous and kind in comparison - but also not nearly as clever. . . :D

I keep a compiled Twenty Years After (ToEE2) / Liberation of Tenh story hour, in .rtf format at:

I update it along with the ENWorld threads.

Hey (contact), I've heard very good things about PC's SHs, but haven't ventured out beyond the odd Greyhawk one to catch my eye and my two mainstays in Sep and Destan.

How's PC's SH stack up?

It's extremely cool. If you haven't, jump all over it. His SH chronicles an 8-year old campaign that has been running with the same core group of players. P-Kitty runs a game that is very high on "cool-factor;" his strengths (as I see them) are location, setups, and diiiiisssssturbing monsters. He also does an excellent job of delivering the player paranioa through the extrapolation of consequences.

Sagrio plays in PCs group, and his SH chronicles an equally long-lived game that he runs for many of the same players. It's a must-read, as well, IMO.
