A wash of blood and bone gristle . . .

Troll Lord

First Post
Alright Troop! We've got your new call sign up on the page! Bring yourself over and have a look see!

In other words . . .

The new logo for Comrades is up on our webpage as well a further description of what we have coming out in November in conjunction with the new d20 Modern.

Come on by and check it out: www.trolllord.com

When asked about Comrades, this is what I had to say: "The faint of heart need not apply, this game makes dying an occupation!"

Thanks for the good word Hal. This is actually right up our alley. We have a good amount of military background here in the office and I have a particular affinity for military history (and an advanced degree or two, cough, cough, ahem), couple that with Davis' archeology and you'll find yourself playing in an Indiana Jones type environment, hunting up the lost artifacts your characters carried in your 3e games!

I think everyone will see this spill over into the Comrade line of RPG books.

The Wastage rules are what we are most excited about. They make playing in Erde:Industrial a challenging thing.

We'll be adding a page to the webpage: The Hall of Heroes, whereat players can send us their dead, how they died. For those who come up to us at Cons with high level characters, you'll know, everyone will know, they earned it!!

Now that's the Comrade spirit

But it all fell down. "Billy" took two of those three rounds in the face, the third in the stomach or arm as he went down. But Texas, kneeling there in the middle of the street, became a virtual magnet for every piece of ordinance the enemy had. The street erupted in an explosion of pounding small arms, chunks of it flying everywhere about that poor son of a #@%&. Smoke and grease from the asphalt covered everything. Well almost everything. I could see Texas take a dozen or so rounds. They hit him so hard, so fast, that his body jelled beneath them. There wasn't anything left of him for the bullets to grab purchase on. They passed through him, tore him up, cut him to pieces and left him a wash of blood and bone gristle on the street.
~~Comrades

Leopold, you sound like just the type of fellow for this game!

You should hop on over and check out Kickin it with the Lords message board and read the post on Wastage Rules in the Comrades thread.

Then there are bullets and a few more bullets, then some more bullets, then there is the special bullet...

then there are grenades, and a few more grenades and a couple more grenades

then there are explosions, lots of explosions, big explosions
