A website for Factions?

Is there a website or contact email for the pdf publisher on rpgnow? I just bought Wormwood and found some problems with it that they need to know ASAP (OGL and OGC related).

I'll be curious to see how long it takes before they have trademark issues with Wormwood. (A Rifts dimension book is Wormwood and Palladium usually doesn't play games when it comes to their trademarks.)

So by your reasoning the title Star Wars could not be trademarked? I don't think your right.

I have read that one can't trademark movie titles either (otherwise Gladiator would only apply to some 30's boxer movie).

I thought Wormwood was the name of the Asteroid that strikes the earth in the good old Revelations chapter of the bible. It's a pretty 'fair' use name no?
