On a note I didn't make an offer , just examples on what I would usually charge (the bidding process is sacred for me if it is a job I want to have)

I wouldn't call it sacred, but definatly not a thing for a message board. I was just reacting to the comment made about the deal you offered.

I'm willing to host RPG web pages at my home page for free, as long as you send me the finished HTML files. I could even create a forum for you. (Standard disclaimer: Don't put anything up there which I could get sued over...)

I got this domain for free (thanks, bro!), and I haven't filled my quota by a long shot - it should certainly be sufficient for a few RPG pages. And the site has absolutely no banner ads - or any other kind of advertising, for that matter. And I'm feeling generous at the moment...

OK , but on a related note have a lot of web-jobs to do these days?

I have a lot of code jobs but few layout jobs, just want to know how others get by in the buissness now a days. (when we are past the golden era of us webfolks)

Apologies to Drawmack, I missed that post of yours. Call it 'blind' stupidity in rushing to make a point. In either case, either offer (or 'suggestion' for a more appropriate word) is an excellent one. Apologies for starting a ruckus over it.
