A Whole Bunch of Zombie RPG Questions

5)

Here is an idea. The PCs are zombies as well, but they dont know it yet. There were rules for creating undead characters in AD&D 2nded, but I dont knwo any sources for 3.5e. There was a Zombie Lord in 2e, which was a more powerful and intelligent kind of zombie. I ahve also watched a horror movie a long time ago that a series of murders were being commited and in the end the detective found out it was a zombie that was killing the victims ot eat their brains. The thing is that the zombie didnt look like a zombie, because he had to keep eating human brains so his body wouldnt decay, much like vmapires have to drink blood. Try thinking weird things. Things that usually dont belong to a zombie environment. Things are strange to it. Then transport them to that environment. YOu will find yourself with soem very good and unique ideas.

Piping in.

Gee, look at the name, it's pretty easy to anticipate what I'm going to say.

Yes, Zombie Smackdown does seem kind of stupid (it is the only AFMBE sup I don't own!) However the game rules, as for other books besides ZS. The unisystem is just that, a system. You can use the large amount of material from lines like Buffy, Angel, Army of Darkness, Witchcraft (which is a free pdf download on DriveThruRPG), Armageddon, and so on and so forth. The material is easily adapted to fit AFMBE.

So you see AFMBE doesn't lack material, there's a whole wealth of great books awaiting dissection for insertion into the single greatest zombie game out there All Flesh Must Be Eaten. If you don't buy it your missing out!

If I had to sacrifice all my books to save just one line. I'd burn all my d20 stuff to salvage my AFMBE books! It's just that good!

The 2e book was another ravenloft one, Requiem.

The zombie lord template for intelligent ones is in the 3e http://www.drivethrurpg.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=2476&affiliate_id=17596 and 3.5 http://www.drivethrurpg.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=2479&affiliate_id=17596 Ravenloft monster books Denizens of Darkness and Denizens of Dread (I only have the 3e one).

Best New Word EVAR!!!

Thanks. For the record, my gaming group has been using the term “zompocalypse” for some time. It was an effort to clarify the style of apocalyptic game we were running, since we had so many different types of them going on at once with different groups.

Yup. I love my Requiem box. Thanks for pointing out those products! I will certainly check them out! =)

Like many other have said All Flesh is the Michael Jordan of zombie games. Every other zombie games are measured against All Flesh and so far none have measured up.
