I don't see why Aasimar wouldn't age the same as any other mortal race or subrace, barring certain class abilities.

This may change by edition, but as far as I know, this is going to be a player and DM decision, and there is no reason to expect it to be consistent between aasimar as they may all have different celestial influences.
