Generally, the planetouched are treated as their mortal ancestors, unless stated otherwise. Which assumed to be human, unless stated otherwise.
Specifically for the Aasimar, even Skills&Powers variants (Dragon #235) don't include immunity to diseases. However, there's Heal 1/weak ("Aasimon powers, major" variant). If the disease is magical, Magic resistance or Power of life (immunity to death magic) options could help.
Of course, specific diseases may affect different creatures more/less/not at all, why not.
In D&D3.5 feat Celestial Heritage (Planar Handbook) gives +4 ST/For vs. disease, and +1 on any ST vs. spells or other effects done by evil creatures. Resist Disease has no requirements or restrictions, but gives only the first bonus.
