Abberations Booster Question

My local bookstore has a few abberations boosters on the shelves. I was looking to pick up a couple of packs, but I noticed that they were not shrinkwrapped.

It has been a while since I bought any D&D minis, but I'm pretty sure I remember them all being shrinkwrapped.

Is Abberations different, or did someone maybe open these packs and skim for the best minis?

They changed how they glue the carton together; it's much harder to try and spy a glimpse inside it now. I'd guess that's why they dumped the shrink-wrap.
