Do you play Aberrant?
Aberrant was originally created from White Wolf to be their superhero game. It uses the d10 system they pioneered, but with different modifications to the rules. For example, successes rolled on a d10 started at 7. A 7 counted as one success, an 8 or 9 counted as two successes, and a 10 counted as 3 successes. This doesn't include automatic successes in some powers such as Armor or Mega Stats for example. However, it was meant to be a stand alone game and not meant to be a part of their World of Darkness (WoD).
In the core d10 system for WoD the standard success was a 6, and 10s only counted as an extra success if your ability had a specialty, and then only if you were using your specialty.
Then came Aberrant d20 by Swords And Sorcery. It of course, was adapted for the d20 system. It actually was the first d20 superhero rpg and came out before Mutants And Masterminds.
As for me I've played the d10 but have never played the d20.
So I was wondering, have you ever played Aberrant in either system? Which system would you prefer?
