Ability Focus and multi-creature abilities.

Quick question:

Some creatures have special attacks that are dependant on, or get better with, multiple creatures contributing to them. Such creatures include Shocker Lizards, Kuo-Toas, and Vrocks.

What happens when one or more of the contributing creatures has the Ability Focus feat for that particular special attack? Does the DC increase by 2 for every creature that has the feat? Only once because the feat doesn't stack with itself and it doesn't matter if the feat is coming from two different places? Or is there another option?

What say you?

The other option is that the DC doesn't increase unless all contributing creatures have the feat, I suppose.

Similar question - what happens if three vrocks perform a Dance of Ruin, and one of them is wearing a Cloak of Charisma +2? The Save DC is Charisma-based... does it use the 16 Cha of the two vrocks, or the 18 Cha of the third?

What if one of them is an advanced Vrock with 16 racial hit dice instead of 10? The Save DC is based on Racial hit dice...

So we could conceivably have three Vrocks, one with Ability Focus, one with the cloak, and one advanced, giving us DCs of 20, 19, and 21 respectively...

And also what happens if one of the creatures is advanced with more hit dice (higher DC) or has a higher stat (higher DC)?

I say you have one of three choices:

1. Use the highest DC out of the group.
2. Use the lowest DC out of the group.
3. Use the average DC out of the group.

I would throw out option 3 because it's too complicated. Sure, averaging is easy, but why bother and with the simplifications in so many parts of the rules, I don't think averaging would be the way to go. I'd go with 1 or 2, depending on whether the creatures are supposed to be better working together or not. Since in most cases that's true, then I think that #1 is the choice. Thus, I would not stack the ability focus feats, but if only one creature has it, then that's good enough.
