About Walmart.com and 3.5

You could always call them and ask.

Wait a sec...

You want to call

WALMART

Bwah ha ha!

Caller - Yes, I'd like your online Customer Service Dept please?

Walmart - Sure, I'll be right over.

Caller - Excuse me? I want to be transfered to Customer Service.

Walmart - OH, sorry I thought you said "Please shoot me in the head".

I decided I didn't want to deal with TRAM-LAW. They sucked up 5 years of my life (3.5 at the headquarters), I decided they didn't need to supply my D&D books.

Besides, I got a better deal from TMAAS after he shared the love through Amazon.com.

Doesn't sound much different from certain online "FLGS's"

Huh. When I had to call WM's customer service line, I always got friendly, effective service. Maybe I just have good luck.

Same here---professional, courteous and responsive. Plus a hassle-free returns policy.

Unlike every so-called FLGS in my area---all of whom cop an attitude as if they're doing *you* a favor.

Oh well, hate on.
