Meaning, of course, a troll.
I'm going to give Jakathi the benefit of the doubt and assume he/she isn't a troll.
I often build NPC's/monsters that are not based on existing races/classes in any published material, and that's cool. If you search my RG submissions, one of my one-off encounter NPC's has a myriad of spell-like abilities I just threw in there to round out the encounter.
The problem with the character as posted is that, other than a plethora of at-will spell-like abilities and ridiculous innate special abilities, absolutely nothing is known about the character's mechanics. Martial-artist? Mage? Adamantine symbiot? None of these have any meaning to us mechanics-wise, and therefore are as usefule to us as saying she's a 6th-lvl Foo-fighter/5-lvl Vaguery of the Obscure Reference.
Jakathi, a few things would be helpful if you want a fair and honest appraisal of this character.
First, constrain your character as much as you can to established mechanics. Use conventional rules whenever possible, because they're already play-tested and balanced (for the most part) for you. In this case, specify an Oriental Adventures class (or better yet, just stick with the SRD monk) instead of just "martial-artist." Specify an arcane spellcaster from an established source (usually you just want to say wizard or sorceror) instead of the cryptic "mage." Instead of making up what appear to be willy-nilly stats for a half-god, use Diety Ranks from Deities and Demigods to represent her divine ancestry. These mechanics are established and well-known (if not often used).
Second, if you find that established mechanics cannot deliver the flavor you require, break your mechanics down into bite-sized chunks for us. Show what exactly being a "half-god" entails, mechanics-wise. Write it up as if it were a racial template out of the Monster Manual and assign it an ECL. Post it up, let us rip it to shreds, and modify so it becomes more playable. If you are thinking of custom classes for martial-artist and mage, write those up, too.
Anyhow, that's my attempt at constructive criticism. If anyone thinks I'm a crackpot, please tell me. I crave correction...
