Brother Brutha is the epitome of Neutral Good. Om is chaotic neutral by instinct (much like all gods) but accepts some law is better than none.

Old-book Omnians, however, were lawful evil or true neutral, while new-covenant Omnians are annoyingly lawful good.

Vetinari is Lawful Neutral.

He acts to preserve his vision of order and doesn't even break his own laws since as Patrician he has the legal precedent of Quia ego sic dico when it comes to things like what happened with Moist Von Lipwig.
I was about to say the same thing. He works very hard to make sure Sam and others are at the right places to make sure law and order is maintained. He's very Lawful Neutral.

Yeah, I thought about him possibly being Lawful Neutral. I could even see an argument that he's Lawful Good.
I think he's too willing to do what is necessary to be good.

The other one I disagree with is Sam Vimes. He's good to the bone and maintains law and order, but he's also willing to do what's necessary to get the job of good done. I'd peg him at Neutral Good.

I definitely wouldn't classify Granny as Lawful. I see her as either Chaotic or Neutral Good. Do the right thing, in this moment, law, tradition, and authority be damned.
"You can't go around building a better world for people. Only people can build a better world for people. Otherwise it's just a cage."
"And sin, young man, is when you treat people like things."

"'Mistress Weatherwax is the head witch, then, is she?'
'Oh no!' said Miss Level, looking shocked. 'Witches are all equal. We don’t have things like head witches. That’s quite against the spirit of witchcraft.'
'Oh, I see,' said Tiffany.
'Besides,' Miss Level added, 'Mistress Weatherwax would never allow that sort of thing.'"

Vimes is Lawful Good because he wants order and he wants it to be good order and he does that through as orderly a method as he can. Like Vetinari he knows how to channel chaotic individuals (like Nobby Nobbs) into working for orderly means.

When faced with unjust laws or orders he'll rules-lawyer his way into doing the right thing instead.
