Christopher Walkin is at the top of my list, John Turtoro, but there are a couple of other ones, though I am horrible with celebrity names. The big guy with the real deep voice from The Green Mile and many other notable films, and the guy with bad teeth in a lot of B movies but was also in Armegeddon, the most recent movie being Tim Burton's Big Fish as the poet. Of course any of the LotR cast catches my attention too.
