AD&D Commemorative Core 3: I Haz 'Em!

Danny, two quick questions for you (or anyone else who's actually unwrapped their books):

1) Do these books incorporate the errata that was published?

Don't have them with me, but they are faithful reproductions, so unless TSR made printings with errata, I'd say no.

Edit: Then again, after seeing thedungeondelver's review, they probably did include errata.

It seems that WotC did not use first prints of the books as the basis for these reproductions, so I suspect the question (at least for the PH and MM) should be how much of the errata got included, depending on which printing of the books got reproduced.

They aren't exact scans, probably OCR as some of the text has changed, so I would guess that they did include errata.

I find no fault in this approach. To me, it seems they are doing the most they can for the Gygax Memorial Fund while also doing good public relations and generating a little revenue. Sounds like a win-win to me.
There's a difference between "not finding fault with this approach" and "I should spend my money to help fund this approach" though.

I don't find fault with the approach either. But I can certainly understand the notion of not wanting to buy into the scheme.
