D&D 5E ad&d modules?

I've run Keep on the Borderlands, the moathouse from ToEE and The Whispering Cairn from Age of Worms by either swapping out monster stats, or just eyeballing it and have had no trouble.

Ran Saltmarsh as a one-off. No major modifications and it worked fine.

I second the Whispering Cairn. We ran it and had a blast. It has interesting creatures, a neat puzzle or two, deadly traps, a sidequest, and treasure.
