In an effort to give a potion making NPC more variety than just Healing potions, I've decided to try turning some of the varies 2nd level utility powers into potions.
The would grant the power as listed until the end of the encounter.
Examples:
Tumbleweed Tumbler: You gain one use of Tumble until the end of the encounter.
Leaping Lizard Lotion: ... Jump ...
Hasty Exit Elixir: ... Expeditious Retreat ...
Light Touch Liquor: ... Feather Fall ...
Ether Sauce: ... Ethereal Stride ...
I'm not sure if I should grant the power as it exists normally, or if I should say all of them are Personal? Is it too powerful to grant the powers as written? Any thoughts
