Buildrick, “I remove the bubble gum holding the stick to the rod. I grab one the long neck soda bottles you win at the fair and stick the stick into it. I stick back into the fair merchant’s supplies. What that sound that is going round?”

An hour layer in the Bittergrass Fen, a huge winter wolf is trying to dig out.

DM, “It is actually a monstrosity. “
Light, “Can I break him and turn into my steed.” DM takes off glasses. Three rounds later the cleric has a Borthak as a companion.

Argentia Skywright, “Mage’s Ritual. Teremini learned her red moonlight magic from a lunar dragon named Orinix. Orinix also taught Teremini a ritual to make the wall of transformative moonlight permanent and tasked her with completing this lengthy, taxing ritual. While she focuses on the ritual, powerful magical barriers surround Teremini and her ritual components, which include the fifth rod piece.”
Buildrick, “Yes, still more information. Maybe dad will let me into face book to take notes.”
Argentia Skywright, “Stopping the Ritual. Argentia insists there must be a way to disrupt Teremini’s ritual so the characters can seize the rod piece. She encourages the characters to find and rescue Valendar, the wardens’ imprisoned leader, who might know how to stop Teremini’s ritual. Valendar maybe stuck in his wolf form.”

Moving on to the Three Moon’s vault Mac’s Tonight’s brothers are guarding the entrance. Briefly. Jinx takes the two corpses and make them ghouls. They rise. And turn to ash as the night light on the vault turns on bathing everyone in radiant damage. Looting the weapon chest in the anteroom they use identify spells on various magic items and come up with a sword and magic potion.
Moving single file, they try to enter the main hall but the undead call for aid. Two walls of fires and Keke getting down 63 HP, they retreat into the barracks.
Bolt, “Mordenkainen’s Magnificent Mansion. Everyone thorough the door.”
We will pick up the next session at V8.
DM Note. Again, Keke I sorry I excused you of not tracking your spell slots last week. I doubled checked during the week and you didn’t miss any. I have rarely seen a tier 3 cleric run so well.
This session went off the rails as soon as the bus stopped. The wolf stays a companion to the end of the chapter.
