Lords of the Night - Bottled Imp Games
Fang & Fury - Green Ronin
Out for Blood - Bastion Press

All three are excellent sources and actually complement each other well. Use all three and your players will tremble in fear at the very mention of the word 'vampire'.

Those three plus:

Ravenloft campaign setting or Ravenloft Player's Handbook for age categories to advance vampires.

Denizens of Dread, the Ravenloft Monster book has many different vampire types with the age categories from the core ravenloft book done out.

Harvest of Darkness has a Kalamar vampire adventure with a different type of Vampire cult. They are probably redone in the 3.5 monster book Dangerous Denizens although I haven't seen it.

Gaming Frontiers Monsters (a pdf monster book) has two alternate vampires that I wrote. See my sig for a link to the product. I wrote one template similar to vamps in the Lost Boys movie, and one straight non-template magical vampire monster.

Book of Templates has an alternate fear vampire template.

If I had to pick one, I would go for Lords of the Night: Vampires. It's a somewhat different take on vampires, but is very very good.

The Green Ronin book is good if you want a PC Vampire race. The Bastion Press book is very good if you want a general book on vampires.
