If you combine Alchemical Allocation with another extract using the Combine Extracts discovery or Admixture Vial, can you spit the combined 2 extracts back out and use repeatedly throughout the day?

The requirement that Alchemical Allocation has to be consumed on the round before the other one makes it sound like you can't combine them first.

No, because Alchemical Allocation works on potions and elixirs not extracts. Despite some similarities an extract is not a potion.
