The group takes the orb and starts to play with it. They are able to reshape it into different form of prism or spherical shape. After a moment, they figure they can deflect the light from the three windows almost anywhere in the room.

Raiyek can think of nothing, except maybe what Incarnation have found in the archive and the Warden have name as the Path of Light. The name at least have relation with the orb the other are playing with.

Incarnation puts up his hand to block the light. No. Last is the Empire. Remember the words of the Warden: First, the spirit, both what is in your heart and the guidance of our ancestors. Then you're own mind, and what was clear and true to your pure thought. Then, and only then the Empire, both the will of our leaders and what is good for the greater people. We must either form a light bridge between these three, or touch each by light in turn. First, we must identify what the spirit is, or the guidance of the ancestors. Perhaps the school? Or some other item that has such significance?

Dane searches the room to look for any clues, not that he would actually know what he found if he found them.

Maybe if we walk in the light, it goes somewhere. Just don't walk in it out a window and be careful when you get near the wall.

-''Hum... maybe we direct specific beams at specific spots on that map. You say the empire is last. Say... The capital stands for the empire. The sun sets in the west, so the light coming from the west window should hit the capital. The academy would be the mind. You say its in second position so I am guessing the light from the northern window should hit it. And the guidance of the spirit... Err... I am no jadite. Any idea? Do they have an emperor that is considered to be your spiritual leader or something? Whatever stands for spirit should be hit by the light from the eastern window as it's where the sun rises.''

The warden starts to ponder. "No, there is no spiritual leader that stand above all as the emperor do. And their is no spiritual place that stand out of the other. And I don't remember Master Estergrin to be a devotee of any god."

"What if the entire map represents the Empire? Then we just need to find objects symbolizing the spirit and the mind. Perhaps the censer for the spirit, and the bookcase, full of knowledge as it is, for the mind?"

-''Yeah, that's as smart as anything else we got. Okay, so eastern window light beam on the censer, then northern window light beam on the bookcase and finally the western light beam on the map, aiming for the capital.''

Hadrak's brows furrows in concentration as he tries to shape the crystal the right way.

Hadrak starts to play with the orb. He seems to take some times before he can find the shape that allow him to do what he wish. Even once, the largest ray of light flashed into his eyes, blinding him for a moment. But any frustration he could have accumulated while playing with the orb quickly vanish when he finally throw the three rays where Raiyek had suggested. A mechanism is heard and after a moment, a door open between the bookcase and the bed, showing a staircase that allow to climb up.

[SBLOCK=OOC]Too easy, I shouldn't have given the whole definition of the Path of Light that easily...[/SBLOCK]
