Pathfinder 1E Advanced Class Guide opinions?

I'm not fond of the alchemist portion of the Investigator class, but I can understand while they put it in there. To be honest, I would like to see a primarily skills-based class that has nothing to do with magic of any sort. The Investigator comes closest to that, but I would like to see something that is better than the Rogue but doesn't use magic.

I too like the Investigator but that may be do to liking urban campaigns at this time. I have no problems with Alchemy and like the idea behind it, spells in bottles, the Alchemist Spells list is quite fun and useful for this class.

The next is the Swashbuckler and Brawler also are wonderful classes.

I'm still in the middle of reading it but i must admit i don't like it.

It seem the same as the mhytic manual, great idea, great potential, poor realization. Imo this manual need (way) more polishing work but was released (too) early for gen con.

The Sleuth archetype in particular may be closer to what you're looking for.
