I thought I'd post the stats on a creature I ran through a homebrew adventure.
I started with the owl bear from the Monster Manual, advanced it to 8 HD, then applied the Pseudonatural template from the Epic Level Handbook.

Improved Grab: +26(x6), +21
Constant Insight: +15 to attacks, ignore concealment
Rotting Constriction: After hold each grapple check does 2d4 Con drain, get 10 hp
